Community Outreach

At Freysville Zion Community Church, we believe our mission is to help others locally and globally. Jesus said, in Matthew 25:40, “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Through acts of compassion and kindness, we strive to positively impact the lives of those in need. Join us in spreading hope and love to the world around us and experience the joy of serving others.

Womens Fellowship

The Women’s Group meets once a month for Bible Study. They work on different projects including Operation Shoebox, adopting a needy family at Christmas, and making Sunshine boxes for the sick or shut-ins.

Free Community Meal

This outreach held at St. Paul’s Church in Red Lion, is a “Community Meal” for those who need a hot dinner.  It will take place in the fellowship hall the second Monday of each month. Along with St. Paul members, Christians from Bethany and Zion United Methodist, Red Lion, and Zion Community Church, Freysville, and Emmanuel UCC, Freysville are cooperating.

Beginning at 5 PM. You may dine-in, drive or walk thru.

For carry-outs PROCEED TO the church’s side lot and wait to be directed.
